Privacy policy

The data controller is Nikolai Mitrofanov, a self-employed professional (payer of the professional income tax) based in Saint Petersburg, Russia, taxpayer ID (INN) 780242490033 (“we”). This policy covers darkrec.io and its subdomains and follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Only what you enter in the request form:

• your name;
• your Telegram handle or phone number;
• your email, if you provide it;
• the services you are interested in.

We do not ask for passport details, payment details or other special categories of data.

To contact you about your request, discuss the task, prepare an estimate and, if we agree, to conclude and perform a contract. We do not use this data for marketing mailings.

Your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form, and, once work starts, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(1) and (5) of 152-FZ).

Collection, recording, storage, use for contact and deletion. Requests are forwarded automatically to our team chat in Telegram, a service operated by a foreign company, so submitting the form also means the data passes through that service.

The site uses the Re:plain chat widget; messages you send there are processed by that service.

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.

As long as needed for your request or contract, or until you withdraw consent. If we do not start working together, request data is deleted within 12 months.

The site runs over HTTPS only; access to the server and the team chat is limited to the people who handle requests.

At any time you can:

• ask what data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent.

Message us on Telegram @darkrec_io. We reply within the time set by law, no more than 10 working days.

By ticking the box and pressing “Send request” you freely give Nikolai Mitrofanov consent to process the data you entered under this policy, including its transfer through Telegram. Consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until you withdraw it.

The site uses Yandex.Metrica (operated by YANDEX LLC) to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and session recordings without the contents of form fields. Metrica sets cookies and receives your IP address, device and browser data. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Metrica opt-out add-on; the site keeps working without them.
